CFCS offers 3-day and CPD-accredited 5-day fuel courses. The 3-day course is highly compact and hands-on, with flexible discussion depths tailored to participants' experience levels.
The main objective of these courses is to provide comprehensive knowledge of the entire fuel management process. This includes sampling, understanding test results, correcting out-of-specification fuel, and documenting findings. The practical fuel polishing segment demonstrates how to condition fuel to bring it back within specifications, addressing issues like insoluble effects and soluble contamination, such as soaps or pour point depressants.
FSS offer limited onsite fuel sampling and basic field based testing services to our clients. This is to ensure we can offer a detailed understanding on our testing parameters whilst guaranteeing our engineers have a good overall understanding on fuel. We would highly recommend the fuel training course offered by CFCS. It is both informative and detailed and gives a perspective and understanding on fuel specifications, contamination and a thorough consideration on how to rectify fuel issues that could possibly go to waste and be an unnecessary cost to our clients.
